Currently priority will be given to those patients who are over the age of 65 or have a eligible health condition and under 65 and would like a flu vaccination for this winter. Please contact the surgery for more details. For other patients, local chemists are providing a similar service.
We are open 8.00am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday. You have currently suspended the regular morning walk in surgery clinics due to current Covid 19 protocols in place. Instead to make an appointment with a doctor or nurse you will need to phone 020 8346 4271 in the morning between 8.00 and 10.15am. The consultation will either be by telephone or video and if medically necessary a face to face follow up consultation on the day. The morning surgery can be busy. If you have a non-urgent problem that requires more time, you can make an appointment by registering for electronic booking, by email or or use the electronic consultation available on the website and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. Booked appointments are available throughout the day If there is anything you’re not happy with, do let us know; we welcome your feedback. You may want to apply to join our patient participation group. An out of hours service operates after 6.30pm and before 8.00am and at weekends.
Extended hours appointments currently operate from 7.30 – 8.00 am Monday to Wednesday. To see a doctor please telephone us to book an appointment.
For urgent health care problems, defined as one that cannot safely wait until the next routine surgery access, which is outside our normal surgery hours, please call the new NHS 111 service on: 111 The service operates from Monday to Friday 6.30 pm to 8.00 am, Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays
